At Johriji by Bisanlal Sitaram & Sons, we value the trust and long-term relationships we build with every customer. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the buyback and exchange of jewelry purchased exclusively from our store.

1. Eligibility

  • This policy is applicable only for jewelry purchased directly from:

    • Bisanlal Sitaram & Sons, or

    • Johriji by Bisanlal Sitaram & Sons

  • Original invoice and, if applicable, certificates must be provided at the time of request.

  • Jewelry will undergo an in-store physical evaluation before finalizing any transaction.

2. Modes of Submission

  • Customers may opt for either of the following:

    • In-person showroom visit (recommended for faster processing).

    • Shipping the item to our store address after prior confirmation.

🔹 Shipping charges (both ways, if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
🔹 Johriji will not be held responsible for loss or damage during transit if shipping is chosen. We advise using insured and trackable courier services.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Gold: 100% of the current market value of gold (based on net weight and purity) will be credited.

  • Diamond: 100% of the prevailing in-house diamond selling price (on the day of exchange) will be credited.

Note: Deductions may apply in case of physical damage, missing stones, or customization.

4. Buyback Policy

  • Gold: 100% of the current market value of gold will be paid.

  • Diamond: 90% of the current market value of diamonds will be paid, based on grading parameters such as carat, cut, color, and clarity.

All buyback transactions will be settled via bank transfer or original mode of payment after inspection and approval.

5. Important Terms

  • Evaluations will be conducted solely by Johriji’s authorized team, and their assessment will be final.

  • Custom-made, damaged, or altered jewelry may not qualify or may incur valuation deductions.

  • Johriji reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel this policy without prior notice.

  • This policy is not applicable to gifts, third-party purchases, or items not supported by valid purchase documents.
