Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Special/custom orders are non-returnable.
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
    • Before sending a return, please email info@johriji.com or call our support team to obtain an RMA#.
    • The RMA# must be clearly mentioned on the return package.
  2. Return Approval & Inspection
    • Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the item for compliance with the return conditions.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The processing time for refunds may take 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Tampered Returns: If an item is returned without an RMA# or is found to be worn, damaged, or altered, we reserve the right to deny the return or apply a restocking/repair fee.
  • Exchange Option: At our discretion, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
